Refund procedure

Schoharie Little League Families,

I hope this email finds you and your families well. We have completed the refund process for families and have the details outlined below for how to receive your refund depending on how you made payment. Thank you to those that were able to donate your registration fees to the League during this uncertain time.

For those that paid via credit/debit card on our website. You will be receiving your refund of the registration fee back on to your card used to make the original payment minus the nonrefundable service fee of $3.00. You will receive notification via email that the refund has been completed and you will see the funds back in your account within 5-7 business days or the allotted time frame your banking establishment allots. You will receive notification by Tuesday, June 2nd that this has been completed.

If you paid in person via check or cash you will be able to pick up your refund check tomorrow evening, Tuesday, June 2nd at the pavilion in the Schoharie Little League Park at the following times according to the first letter of your players last name:

5:30 pm-5:45 pm A-E

5:45 pm-6:00 pm F-J

6:00 pm-6:15 pm K-O

6:15 pm-6:30 pm P-T

6:30 pm-6:45 pm U-Z

Checks that are not picked up will be mailed out to individuals so if you are not able to pick up at you will still receive your refund. For those of you that have already requested your refund to be mailed they should be received this week.
